WNDSN and SPARTANAT present the Coordinate Scale Telemeter v2.0
Berlin, 2023-08-31 - WNDSN, the manufacturer of outdoor scientific instruments, has teamed up with SPARTANAT, the leading magazine for tactical equipment and military technology, to launch a new product: the Coordinate Scale Telemeter v2.0. This instrument is specially designed for snipers who want to determine distances and angles without emissions (environmentally friendly, but above all without drawing attention to yourself, such as with a laser).
The Coordinate Scale Telemeter v2.0 is a further development of WNDSN's popular Telemeter, which is based on ancient measuring devices. It combines multiple functions on a compact and robust acrylic plate that fits in every pocket. It is the perfect tool for anyone who wants to find their way in difficult situations without having to rely on electronic aids.
The front of the Coordinate Scale Telemeter v2.0 contains a 6 MIL (NATO-MIL) distance calculator that allows you to determine the distance to an object if its size is known. The back of the Coordinate Scale Telemeter v2.0 contains a Quadrant for measuring slopes and elevation angles as well as a Coordinate Scale tool for the common map scales of 1:25,000 and 1:50,000. The Coordinate Scale tool can be used to calculate azimuth and distance on the map. In addition, the Coordinate Scale Telemeter v2.0 has a decimal-sexagesimal converter that makes converting angles easier.
The SPARTANAT edition of the Coordinate Scale Telemeter v2.0 comes with special instructions that show the user how to use the Coordinate Scale for tactical purposes.
